Exchanges and Refunds

  1. No refunds.
  2. Exchanges can be made within 3 business days of delivery date. When choosing exchange item it must be of the same value of item being returned. The item being exchanged must be received before exchange can take place.
  • Must email [email protected] for return approval.
  • Please include order number in initial email.
  • Merchandise must be unworn.
  • All sale/clearance/promotional items are FINAL SALE.

3. No refunds or exchanges on accessories, bodysuits, white clothing/items cannot be returned. These items are FINAL SALE.


Shipping

All orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days via USPS with tracking provided.


We do not ship internationally.


Xpressit Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
